How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are usually revised, Fulfilled, and shipped within 72 hours. Once order has shipped, you will receive a conformation email regarding your order fulfillment along with a tracking email for you, so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches destination.

*Please note: All shipping timeframes are based on the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised on the product page), this is the approximate date of dispatch and delivery of pre-order items will occur within the timeframes listed above.  

**Please note: During sale events and peak times, extended dispatch times are expected.

How long is the shipping time?

Shipping estimated times and delivery may vary depending on the state you are located. Normally it will take 8 - 15 days max, from the day the order is been accepted and shipped, to the final product being arrived.

Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can. You can change the shipping address information while we still fulfilling the order.

Please be aware that our orders are processed swiftly at our fulfillment center, so we may have limited flexibility, but we'll certainly do our utmost to assist you.

*Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.

Help! my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?

We know how tough this times can be, when you are about to receive your order and all of the sudden it hasn't arrived yet or even worst, it's lost!.

In this case, please reach out to our customer team at: support@thehoodieland.com, and we will help you out during this process.

Note that, we may ask you for a couple of details before doing that, like confirming your shipping address, or checking with the local post office if the case the order has a different location rather than your regular mailing address.

What are our clothes made from?

Most of our hoodies, and sweatshirts are made of 100% organic cotton, also cruelty free and vegan certificate approved, however, as our inventory expands and new design comes to mind we also manage hoodies and sweatshirts that are 80% cotton, 20% recycled polyester fleece, with an even better quality, and high end materials keeping the safety standards, and hygiene as apriority. we also manage other type of fabrics. for more information please see the product descriptions of the items.

Can i send and order as a gift?

Sure can, simply type the details an location of the person you would like to receive this order.

How do i use a discount?

On the checkout, you’ll see a box that reads ‘Discount code’. on the top right corner if you are on computer, or all the way to the bottom if you are using a cell phone. Enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’. Discount codes are entered before the payment page for you to be aware of exactly how much you save.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you plan to purchase multiple items with multiple discount codes, we suggest you place separate orders. Some discounts are pre-applied via the strikethrough price on the product page. If a code does not work on your order, please ensure you have applied the right code for your order; Some codes will only work for specific products
